KSU representatives joined the Alumni Impact Forum 2026
Representatives of Kherson State University – Head of the Fundraising Department Tamara Mandych, Acting Head of the Humanitarian Department Anna Suprun, and specialist of this same department Volodymyr Sevastianov – participated in the Alumni Impact Forum 2026.
The event took place at the Ukrainian Catholic University.
The Alumni Impact Forum is an annual event organized jointly by the alumni associations of NaUKMA, UCU, and KSE. This year's theme was the resilience of university communities in the face of modern challenges.
The forum program included the analysis of successful cases, open discussions on current challenges, as well as joint development of solutions for improving interaction with alumni.
During the forum, key issues regarding the development of university communities and their role in the face of modern challenges were considered. Within the framework of panel discussions, participants discussed approaches to forming resilient communities during the war, specifically the role of alumni in supporting universities, the development of partnerships, and strengthening communication between educational institutions.
During the interactive part, participants worked in teams on practical solutions for the development of alumni communities. Four strategic directions were identified: engagement with students before graduation, building a sustainable university ecosystem, developing international networking, and strengthening crisis management and community resilience.
The result of the work was the development of practical approaches and the formation of the foundations for creating a methodological guide on the development of university communities.
