A new episode of the “Business Nearby” podcast has been released at KSU
As part of the podcast series of the Faculty of Business and Law at Kherson State University, a new episode was released, dedicated to the current challenges of modern management.
The podcast guest was Olena Dobrozorova – Candidate of Economic Sciences, Lead Auditor at TÜV Thüringen, lean manufacturing consultant (Kaizen), and an expert in management systems and sustainable development.
The main topic of the conversation was the question: why artificial intelligence is unable to compensate for systemic management errors.
The discussion was based on practical experience in auditing management systems and implementing international standards (ISO).
In the focus of the podcast:
- functions of management system auditing and their significance for business
- reasons why AI implementation does not provide the expected effect without proper management processes
- typical management errors that remain unnoticed within an organization
- approaches to assessing a business through the eyes of an auditor
- the role of corporate culture and systemic management in achieving results
Particular attention is paid to the thesis that artificial intelligence is a tool for enhancement, not a replacement for effective management.
