The team of Kherson State University in Lviv met with Rector Yaroslav Svysh and representatives of the rectorate of Lviv State University of Physical Culture named after Ivan Bobertskyi.

Within the framework of the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Kherson State University and Lviv State University of Physical Culture named after Ivan Bobersky.

Assistant to the Rector for Strategic Issues, acting head of the Center for Digital Expertise Maksym Poltoratskyi, and Vice-Rector for Digitalization Oleksandr Lemeshchuk presented to the rectorate the concept and opportunities provided by the Center for Digital Expertise of Kherson State University.

“We shared the experience of digital transformation that we have undergone and which is useful for other HEIs. In particular, we spoke about the managerial nuances of implementing changes. The key problem is not in technologies, but in people's perception. If the team is ready for change and there is no resistance (not to be confused with having one's own opinion), then there will be success. We adhere to the principle that democracy should exist at the discussion stage, but [not] at the implementation stage. And this works at KSU”, – noted KSU Rector Oleksandr Spivakovskyi.

Representatives of KSU were also given a tour of the university. They exchanged commemorative souvenirs: LDUFC Rector Yaroslav Svysh was presented with a piece of Kherson – coffee grown on Kherson watermelons, and in return received Lviv coffee as a symbol of a new stage of cooperation.

It should be noted that on March 5, the LDUFC team worked at the Ivano-Frankivsk office of KSU, familiarizing themselves with the functionality of the KSU24 platform. “Today in Lviv, we are presenting the potential of the Center for Digital Expertise. Next – joint projects, exchange of experience, and scaling of solutions”, – emphasized the Rector of KSU.
