Students of the Faculty of Business and Law of KSU visited the Citadel brewery
As part of the week of in-person learning at the Faculty of Business and Law of Kherson State University, students visited the legendary Ivano-Frankivsk brewery «Tsytadel».
As reported by the faculty, this is a place where brewing traditions meet innovative technologies, and every stage of production is timed to the second. For students, this excursion became a true masterclass in managing a large industrial facility. They walked through huge workshops where a special atmosphere of product creation prevails. The management and leading specialists of the enterprise sincerely shared their experience, showing everything: from how the best raw materials are selected to the operation of complex automated bottling lines.
Students had the opportunity to see how the "living organism" of a large company functions, where every department — from the quality control laboratory to the legal service and financial department — works as a single, well-coordinated mechanism.
The main insight of the visit: successful production is not just about equipment, but above all, strict adherence to standards, flawless logistics, and constant development. "Tsytadel" inspired us with its energy and demonstrated how high the bar is for modern Ukrainian craft at an industrial level.
