More than just espresso: students peeked behind the scenes of the coffee industry
The morning of the second day of the week of in-person learning at the Faculty of Business and Law of Kherson State University began with the aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans! Our students visited one of the coziest establishments in Ivano-Frankivsk - «Kavovaročka».
It was not just a coffee break, but a deep dive into the operational processes of real business. The faculty believes that such visits are important for students of various specialties.
Hotel and restaurant business and Food technologies: they studied the subtleties of service, technological maps, and beverage preparation standards.
Craft productions: they learned how a local brand creates a unique product that stands out in the market.
Tourism and recreation: they analyzed establishments as important points on the city's gastronomic map.
Finance and Law: they analyzed the profitability model of coffee shops and the legal aspects of working in the HoReCa sector.
