On March 19, 2026, students and alumni of the Faculty of Education at Kherson State University took part in a series of insightful and timely sessions dedicated to the development of modern educational and communication skills.
As part of the program, SMM expert Anna Tilnyak presented "SMM Toolkit for Ambassadors," where she explored the nuances of using social media to build personal and institutional images, while sharing effective tools for audience engagement. Oleksandr Spivakovsky, Rector of Kherson State University, presented on "Leadership and the Personal Brand of Teachers and Students," emphasizing the vital importance of developing leadership qualities and establishing a personal brand within the educational environment. Iryna Fomina, PhD in Psychology and Associate Professor, delivered a presentation titled "Psychology of Communication," highlighting key aspects of effective interaction, mutual understanding, and building constructive dialogue in the learning process.
The event provided an excellent opportunity for students to expand their knowledge, gain practical advice, and find inspiration for their further professional growth.
