We remember. We unite. We prevail.
On February 24, 2026, a student event dedicated to the fourth anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine took place in Ivano-Frankivsk, at the office of Kherson State University.
This day became a moment of remembrance, pain, and at the same time unwavering resilience for all participants. Students and faculty gathered together to recall the events of February 24, 2022, honor the memory of fallen Heroes, and express gratitude to those who are currently defending Ukraine.
During the event, sincere words of support, personal stories, poetic lines, and reflections on the strength of Ukrainian unity were shared. Those present honored the memory of the fallen with a minute of silence. The atmosphere of the meeting was deeply emotional and sincere, filled with profound respect for those who gave their lives for Ukraine’s freedom.
Such events are extremely important for preserving historical memory, shaping civic consciousness, and strengthening awareness of our responsibility to future generations.
