On February 23, 2026, an event dedicated to the Day of Remembrance of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred and the fourth anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine was held at the Faculty of Education.
During the event, participants recalled the events of the Revolution of Dignity and honored the feat of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred, who became a symbol of the struggle for freedom and independence of our state. In their speeches, students emphasized the importance of historical memory and the responsibility of the younger generation for the country’s future.
They also reflected on the fourth anniversary of the full-scale war — years of resilience, unity, and the unwavering spirit of the Ukrainian people. Those present honored the memory of fallen soldiers and civilians with a minute of silence and expressed gratitude to the defenders of Ukraine.
The event served as a reminder that freedom comes at a high price, and that the memory of heroes is the foundation of our strength and unity.
