Guest lecture for applicants of Uzhhorod National University

On March 4, 2026, a guest lecture by Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Sergey Karpovich Kostyuchkov was held for applicants for the second and third levels of higher education in the specialty "History" of Uzhhorod National University. The topic of the lecture: "Terrorist attacks by the Russian army on Ukrainian cities: the format of a military operation or systemic omnicide (on the example of the hero city of Kherson)". The lecture was held within the framework of the OK "Terrorism in the Modern World" at the invitation of Doctor of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Modern History and Foreign Countries Natalia Mykolaivna Radchenko.
After the lecture, a discussion was held, during which applicants and present teachers discussed current issues of threats from global terrorism and ways to overcome it.
The organizers of the event thanked the Faculty of Psychology, History and Sociology of Kherson State University and invited them to further cooperation.
