The Dean of the Medical Faculty, Ihor Holovchenko, as part of the Kherson State University team, has begun participating in the Professional Development Program for Academic Managers!

This unique initiative by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine is implemented by the British Council as part of the joint MES and World Bank project, "Ukraine Higher Education Improvement for Results."

Together with colleagues — Serhii Omelchuk, Kateryna Melnykova, Kateryna Drobot, Nataliia Tereshenko, Yuliia Yurina, and Yurii Yurchuk — we are actively working to strengthen the institutional capacity of our home university.

We are grateful to the university for its trust and the opportunity for growth! This is a significant step toward improving the quality of education and management within our institution.
