Third-year students of the Faculty of Medicine, specialty 222 Medicine, passed the Krok
On June 17, third-year students of the Faculty of Medicine, specialty 222 Medicine, took the components of the Unified State Qualification Exam. The first STEP in their lives and tests in English for professional purposes. The exams were held at the IFNMU (we thank our friends for the provided audience and support).
The exam uses multiple choice questions with one correct answer.
The number of test questions is 150
and 50 - in a foreign language. The purpose of the exam is to assess the level of professional competence in general scientific (fundamental) disciplines.
Students prepared for these exams - they took tests together with teachers in pairs, involved experienced people who passed this exam (senior students), used the educational module of the Testing Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
Results:
• AMPS - success rate is 92.3%, which indicates a high level of preparation in a foreign language among our students.
• STEP 1 - result 71.4%, which is a high result and a basis for further improvement.
Several education seekers will prepare for retaking individual components. We know that this is just a stage, and we believe in everyone. Support from teachers, retraining and internal motivation are the key to a successful result when retaking!
