Associate Professor Iryna Fomina Conducted a Training on Supporting Psycho-Emotional Well-Being

Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology, and Educational Management named after Ye. Petukhova, Iryna Serhiivna Fomina, conducted a training session entitled “Supporting the Psycho-Emotional State of an Individual in Challenging Realities.” The event took place within the framework of the Pedagogical Faculty’s patronage activities for teachers of Kherson preschool education institutions, primarily kindergartens No. 85, 35, and 37.

During the meeting, participants engaged in exercises aimed at influencing the emotional sphere, reducing tension, and fostering optimism and a positive mindset. Discussions of theoretical issues, engaging tasks, and the exchange of ideas contributed to creating conditions for more harmonious and balanced professional activities and personal lives of educators.

The participants expressed their sincere gratitude to the Pedagogical Faculty for the cooperation and for the valuable experience gained.
