Today, students had the opportunity to attend a guest lecture titled
“Interactive Psychoeducational Intensive: Anxiety and Control — What Is Within My Power?”
The event was conducted by Inna Anatoliivna Klimova, coordinator of the project “Together to Yourself: Self-Development as a Path to Unity” within the program “Unity for Action” by the international organization IREX.
During the lecture, students learned how to recognize and overcome anxiety, manage their emotional state, and maintain psychological resilience in today’s challenging circumstances.
