Workshop “How to Defend Yourself in Court: Drafting a Statement of Claim”
On March 22, as part of the career guidance event "Business Drive: Test the Profession", a practical workshop was held for prospective students on the topic "How to Defend Yourself in Court: Drafting a Statement of Claim."
The speaker of the event was practicing lawyer Yevhen Kozarenko, who shared fundamental knowledge with the participants on how to draft a statement of claim, its structure, legal nuances, and common mistakes to avoid.
During the workshop, participants had the opportunity to:
