Objective: to support teachers and researchers from Ukrainian universities affected by the war through
through professional mentoring.

Programme objectives:
- Career planning, CV and application writing.
- Networking and building a professional profile.
- Understanding of the UK academic culture.
- Assistance in writing research articles and publications.
- Attracting funding for research (UK funding).
- Career development and promotion.

Format:
▪️ Selection of mentors by professional field through the PushFar platform.
▪️ At least one meeting every two weeks for 3 months (online).
