Announcement of an open lecture on the anniversary of the Holodomor of 1932-1933
To mark the anniversary of the Holodomor of 1932-1933, the Department of History, Archaeology and Teaching Methods of Kherson State University is holding a public event - an open lecture by the Head of the Department of History, Archaeology and Teaching Methods, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Natalya Kuzovova, author of the book "The Holodomor of 1932-1933 in the Kherson Region."
We sincerely invite all Kherson residents and those interested in the history of our region.
The lecture focuses on the following questions:
- The events of the Holodomor of 1932-1933 in the Kherson region
- Who is to blame for the deaths of millions of Ukrainians and have the perpetrators been punished?
- Why are the Russian occupation authorities destroying memorials to the victims of the Holodomor on the Left Bank of the Kherson region?
