On October 28, 2024, students from Kherson State University participated in a practice-oriented lecture.
In an open-air setting, students from groups 406 and 206, together with lecturers Olena Anisimova and Alyona Balokha, discussed methods for conducting excursions with children. Special emphasis was placed on comparing Froebel's ideas of introducing children to the natural world with modern educational technologies.
Students found it especially engaging to complete hands-on tasks, such as constructing objects from natural materials, which allowed them to reinforce their knowledge and gain valuable experience in organizing outdoor learning activities.
This event demonstrated how combining historical educational approaches, such as Froebel pedagogy, with contemporary methods makes the learning process interactive and enriching.
