The First Vice-Rector of Kherson State University Dr. Alexander Spivakovskiy had an invitation from the President of the Eastern Washington University Dr. Rodolfo Arévalo and participated in a meeting of the Executive Committee of the President of Eastern Washington University, which held on the 15th of October 2012.
