International cooperation continues!
From August 10 to 14, 2020, a delegation of scientists from Kherson State University, consisting of the dean of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Ivan Glukhov, associate professors of the Department of Theory and Methods of Physical Education Yuriy Grabovskyi and Inna Horodynska, participate in the practical part of the project "Self-diagnosis of breast cancer in young Ukrainian women" for representatives of Higher Education Institutions of Ukraine in Bydgoszcz (Poland).
The project is co-financed by the Polish-American Freedom Foundation as part of the RITA program - "Changes in the Region", which is implemented by the "Education for Democracy" Foundation. This is exactly the project that won the highest points (III place in the rating) at the competition of Partner Projects of the "RITA - Changes in the Region" program and received approval for financing and implementation.
The project includes:
– a one-week internship in Poland (Bydgoszcz) for 3 representatives from each university;
- providing each university with special educational equipment from the best global manufacturers and printed educational materials;
- teaching students and teachers methods of self-examination of the mammary gland.
The implementation of the project became possible thanks to the cooperation of the Higher School of Economics (Bydgoszcz), Kharkiv State Academy of Physical Culture, Lviv State University of Physical Culture named after I. Boberskyi, Zhytomyr State University named after I. Frank, Khortytsk National Educational and Rehabilitation Academy and Kherson State University
