Open competitions on the technique of hiking tourism in the form of "CONNECTIONS" dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Kherson State University were held.
96 participants in different age groups took part in the competition, including students of the following faculties: physics, mathematics and computer science; of physical education and sports, athletes of the Holoprystan District Station of Young Tourists, Pershopokrovska Secondary School I-III Grades, Nizhnyosyrogoz District, Mykolaiv Regional Center for Tourism, Local History and Excursions for School Youth and students of the Municipal Institution "Center for Tourism and Local History Creativity of School Youth" of the Kherson Regional Council.
The preparation of competitions and distances was carried out by associate professor of the Department of Theory and Methods of Physical Education Yu.A. Grabovsky, and teacher of the Department of Olympic and Professional Sports, master of sports of Ukraine in sports tourism Kilnytskyi O.Yu.
Winners and prize-winners in each age group were awarded with original diplomas and prizes with the emblem of the competition.
