April 2016 was fruitful for various competitions in freestyle wrestling. Traditionally, students of our faculty took part in them.
Elizaveta Saidakova won gold at the most important national starts of the Ukrainian Junior Championship (Bila Tserkva from April 20-23) in the weight category of 72 kg, showing a high level of preparation. Belinska Alla defended the country's honor at the First World Licensing Tournament. Alla performed very well, winning a bronze medal in the 69 kg weight category.

According to the results of the performance, the national team of Ukraine was formed to participate in the European Championship, which will be held at the end of June in Bucharest (Romania).
Belinska Alla defended the country's honor at the First World Licensing Tournament, where, in addition to medals, Olympic tickets were also raffled off. Alla performed very well, winning a bronze medal in the weight category of 69 kg, but unfortunately, only finalists, athletes who won gold and silver of the tournament, received an Olympic license! The first world licensed wrestling tournament was held on April 20-24 in the capital of Mongolia, Ulaanbaatar! 72 countries took part in the competition!
