On March 21, 2023, at 4 p.m., an online meeting of deans and heads of departments of the Faculty of Physics and Technology and the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University and the Faculty of Computer Sciences, Physics and Mathematics of Kherson State University took place. Our faculty was presented at the meeting by the dean of the faculty Tetyana Goncharenko, head of the physics department Serhiy Kuzmenko, head of the computer science and software engineering department Volodymyr Peschanenko and professor of the department of algebra, geometry and mathematical analysis Oleksandr Savchenko.
During the meeting, a number of important issues were discussed regarding the strengths and weaknesses of the training of specialists in modern conditions and possible areas of cooperation, primarily regarding joint scientific projects, opportunities for student academic exchange, etc. In particular, plans for the near future have been outlined. The first working meeting turned out to be quite effective, so both sides hope for further fruitful cooperation.
