The Power of Reading

Today's KSU English Speaking Club meeting was attended by Arlene Millner, a representative of the University of Kent ( the UK), our regular guest from the USA - Eric Matherly, and KSU staff and students.
We talked about our favourite literary works and genres, about the books that made the greatest impression on the participants and those that we could not read to the end. We also played the game ‘Guess the book by the item’, learnt common reading-related expressions and practised using them.
