At the Faculty of Business and Law, considerable attention is paid to scientific publications.

We are very grateful to the Chairman of the Editorial Board Yuriy Bytyak and his deputies - Tetyana Kolomoyets and Dmytro Luchenko for the opportunity to join the work on the publication of the Great Ukrainian Legal Encyclopedia (5th volume "Administrative Law"). We emphasize once again that such a project, initiated by the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, has never been in the history of independent Ukraine.

Research and teaching staff of the Department of Public and International Law and Law Enforcement of Kherson State University Assoc. Iryna Ryzhenko and prof. Olga Pravotorova became co-authors of this good publication, in which more than 200 scholars from different parts of Ukraine set out a modern vision of the basic concepts used in the science of administrative law and legislation.
