The Global UGRAD Student Exchange Program (STU and Entrepreneurship) (UUAESE) is a cultural exchange program run by the US Department of State's Office of Education and Culture and supported by the people of the United States. This international educational and cultural exchange program supports talented international students, provides opportunities for future leaders to study in the United States to deepen their knowledge and study the culture and traditions of the United States. The program for undergraduate students (Global UGRAD) with STEM and Entrepreneurship (UUAESE) component only for Ukrainian students, jointly implemented by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the US Department of State, the US Embassy in Ukraine and World Learning.
