The fifth annual plein air "Sea of Colors" took place on September 10-13 in Zaliznyi Port. Students of the Chair of Fine Arts and Design and invited guests from Kyiv, Odesa, Volodymyr-Volynskyi, Kirovohrad and Nova Kakhovka took part in the plein air.
