Paper Submission and Publication

Submissions and reviews are automatically handled by the EasyChair system. Submissions should be made electronically in PDF or DOC (MS/Open Word) format via the electronic submission system of the ICTERI Conference Management systemю Please submit your paper using this link: here.

The submissions will be evaluated by at least three members of the international program committee. Several degrees of acceptance will be applied:

-       The papers with the highest evaluation scores that will be published in the international proceedings volume

-       The papers with moderate evaluation scores that will be published in the Special Issue of the  Ukrainian Scientific Journal or Magazine:

•  «Bulletin of Kharkiv National University VN Karazin» - series, "Mathematical modeling. Information Technology. Automatic Control Systems (physics and mathematics, and engineering sciences) on the development of information systems

or

•  «Information Technology in Education» on scientific, methodical, organizational and technological challenges of creating and using information and communication technologies in the management of higher and secondary educational institutions, educational software applications; distance learning systems, continuous training and retraining for Informatics. 

-      The extended abstracts with acceptable evaluation scores that will be published in the Conference Abstract Volume by the local Ukrainian publisher
