Program: The Community College Administrator Program is a program of the U.S. Department of State with funding provided by the U.S. Government, administered by Florida State University in partnership with Santa Fe College.
Project Budget: 3,955 $
Project Period: April 2020 – March 31, 2021
The main goal is to provide ICT-skills to the older persons to develop their possibility to use modern digital facilities in everyday life.

To achieve the goals, the following activities will be carried out:
Ongoing project results:
- Advertising campaign.
- Information materials have been developed to ensure the implementation of the project: logo, information cards.

- An introductory seminar was held for the teaching staff.
- The process of cooperation with public organizations has been organized. An agreement on the provision of services has been concluded with the Public Union "Social Entrepreneurship" Center for Adult Education " Pershyi" Melitopol, Ukraine.
- A cooperation agreement was concluded with the Ivan Ziaziun Institute of Pedagogical Education and Adult Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine.
- 10 experts in the field of lifelong learning were invited to conduct trainings for the academic staff.
- 4 participants from KSU took advanced training courses at the Ivan Ziaziun Institute of Pedagogical Education and Adult Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine in remote form.

- A questionnaire has been developed for the older people to determine the level of computer proficiency.
- The selection criteria for project participants have been developed.
- Training materials for the course "Fundamentals of Computer Literacy" have been developed.

- Organizational meetings with course students were held.
