International activities

The development of educational systems in the modern world occurs within the context of global trends. The main function of education is the formation of personality with relevant knowledge, flexibility and critical thinking, creative initiative, high adaptive potential.

Students at all levels of higher education and faculty members participate in all-Ukrainian and international academic mobility programs.

In 2018, students of the faculty of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education, with the support of the KSU Rectorate, began studying under the international double degree program together with the Pomeranian Academy in Slupsk (Poland) in German and Polish. This new experience for the faculty has opened access to international educational programs and provided an opportunity to become a student of a foreign university without interrupting their studies at Kherson State University. The main task of this program is the internationalisation of higher education and the cultural integration of young people from different countries. Our students have a great opportunity to get acquainted with Polish culture and the education system, improve their knowledge of foreign languages, make new friends, and gain invaluable experience. Obtaining a diploma from Kherson State University and a diploma from the Pomeranian Academy of the European standard will increase the competitiveness of future professionals in the labour market.

Students and faculty members actively participate in semester exchanges at the Alpine-Adriatic University in Klagenfurt (Republic of Austria), in particular under the Erasmus+ program, Adam Mickiewicz University (Poznan, Republic of Poland), and internships, such as the Mitacs Globalink Research Internship.

Our cooperation with foreign universities continues and is multilateral! Let's move forward!
