Scientific title of Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology (2013). Doctor of Psychological Sciences (2018). The academic title of Professor of the Department of General and Social Psychology (2019). Eye international internships at leading universities in Europe: Varna University of Management (2019, Varna, Bulgaria); Rena Descartes University and Danro University (2021, Paris, France); International Psychoanalytic University (2024, Berlin, Germany).
Scientific and educational activity
The main vector of scientific achievements and searches lies in the field of research "expectation - anticipation - forecasting and design by the personality of the future". Author of the socio-psychological concept of social expectations of the individual, the methodology of researching the dominant mental states of the individual, programs of optimization of development and psycho-correction of social expectations of the individual, a number of psychometric instruments.More than three dozen educational components have been developed in the KSU, systematic training of applicants for scientific activity was organized, the winners of all -Ukrainian competitions of student scientific works were prepared. Management of dissertation studies of graduate students. Guarantor of Psychology (PhD). Three doctors of philosophy in the field of psychology have been prepared.
Author of more than 300 scientific works, of which: monographs and sections of collective monographs-7, textbooks, manuals, educational and methodical works-12; works indexed in Scopus / Web of Science Core Collection - 165; Articles "B", professional, foreign articles, theses of conferences - 123 work. Current indicators in scientific bases: Scopus - 95 documents, worse index (h) 38; Web of Science - 74 documents, worse index (H) 27.
The executor and head of a number of grant, research international and all-Ukrainian projects: "Allea", "American Councils. Access Knowledge. Access the World "," Erasmus+"and others. Since 2024-EU Erasmus+ Grand Project Coordinator (101129379-Burn-Erasmus-Edu-23-CBH) “Increasing the psychological stability and well-being of universities in (post-) military Ukraine”.
