 Scientists, employees of structural subdivisions of institutions, executive authorities and local self-government, other enterprises and organizations whose activities are related to the problems raised at the conference, graduate students are invited to participate in the conference.

Purpose: To promote the exchange of experience, scientific research and practical solutions on the use of investment and innovation tools for the restoration of the de-occupied territories of Ukraine. Within the framework of the event, effective models for the restoration of infrastructure, economy and social environment of such territories will be analyzed. sustainable development of regions affected by hostilities.

 

The working languages of the conference are Ukrainian, English, Polish.

Format: mixed – face-to-face and remote

Stimulating the development of the de-occupied territories through investment and innovation instruments within the European Union

The aim of the project 

is to develop the de-occupied territories of Ukraine through investment and innovation instruments within the European Union, which is achieved through a study of the current state and the creation of effective investment and innovation instruments for the restoration and development of the de-occupied territories.

Project aim 1

studying the current state of the de-occupied territories and identifying the main problems that hinder their development

Project aim 2

development of effective investment and innovation tools based on the analysis of data from the de-occupied territories from the population, business and communities for their restoration and development

Project aim 3

engaging local communities and local businesses in the process of revitalizing the de-occupied territories and preparing proposals for the government to stimulate investment and development in these territories through legal and financial instruments

Project aim 4

promotion of investment and innovative tools for the revitalization of de-occupied territories among stakeholders and the general public

 

The object of the study is the de-occupied territories of southern Ukraine, namely Mykolaiv and Kherson regions

 

Project coordinator - Andrii Mokhnenko, responsible for the overall management of the project, ensuring interaction between the research team members, organizing the work and completing the project tasks on time

Description of the roles within the research team:

 

• Project coordinator Andrii Mokhnenko, responsible for the overall management of the project, ensuring interaction between the research team members, organizing the work and completing the project tasks on time.

• Experts Kateryna Melnykova and Viktoriia Petrenko, who conduct research, analyse the results, and develop recommendations for improving investment and innovation instruments.

• Analyst Vitalii Kovalev, responsible for data collection and analysis, development of research methods, evaluation of the effectiveness of investment instruments, and preparation of project reports.

• Communications managers. Kateryna Melnykova and Viktoriia Petrenko, responsible for the project's interaction with the public, including the development and implementation of a communication strategy, creation and maintenance of the project's Facebook page, organization of an international conference, roundtables, seminars and other events to promote the research findings and raise awareness of the issues of de-occupation of the territory.
