To determine the level of scientific and methodic provision of distance learning of higher education directions of implementing pedagogical specialists; To develop a questionary for determining scientific and methodic provision of distance learning. To perform survey of pedagogical HEE for determining level of scientific and methodic provision of distance learning. To perform statistic and qualitative analysis of level of scientific and methodic provision of distance learning. To determine level of software provision of distance learning of higher education directions of implementing pedagogical specialists; To develop questionary for software-technological provision of distance learning. To perform survey of pedagogical HEE for determining level of scientific and methodic provision of distance learning. To analyze level of software and technological provision of distance learning.
