| The Department of Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies at Kherson State University is an independent organizational, advisory, information and methodological department, which coordinates the activities of the structural units of the University in the preparation of higher education applicants for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy and Doctor of Sciences. |
The postgraduate studies of Kherson State University provide training for third-level (educational-scientific) applicants for 14 educational scientific programmes in 12 specialities (programme subject areas):

Modes of study on PhD Programme (at the expense of the state budget and funds of individuals and legal entities):
Doctoral studies are provided on a full-time basis at the expense of the state budget and funds of individuals and legal entities.
Leading scientific and pedagogical staff, mainly doctors of science and professors, provide academic advising and educational process. Research activities of postgraduate and doctoral students are carried out in accordance with the directions of research of scientific supervisors and research programs of scientific schools of Kherson State University.
A final conference on the postgraduate practical training of third-level (educational and research) postgraduate students in their second year of study will take place on 19 May at 2.00 pm via Zoom.

will take place on 9 April 2026 at 2.00 pm via Zoom.
Dear graduate students, we invite you to attend a public lecture by the Rector of Kharkiv State University, Professor O. V. Spivakovsky, titled “Leadership and Charisma: A New Context for Harmony” on April 7 at 12:15 p.m. The lecture will be held in a hybrid format in Room 256 of the Kharkiv State University office in Ivano-Frankivsk.

there will be a meeting for first-year students and the presentation of postgraduate certificates.
