The Clerical Work Department is a structural unit of the University, which reports directly to the President of the University.

Its activity is guided by:

• Laws and Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine;

• Acts of the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;

• Regulatory and Legal Framework of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine;

• Charter of the University;

• Rules of the internal organization of the University;

• Orders and Instructions of the academic administration and the current University Instruction, approved by the order of the President of the University (01.10.2019 № 754-D);

• Clerical Work Instruction on Citizens Request at Kherson State University;
