October 22, 2026, students of Kherson State University participated in the All-Ukrainian Student Scientific Readings «The Poet Became the Sea”: the aesthetic model of the artistic world of the prominent Sixtiers artist Ivan Drach», dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the birth of the prominent Ukrainian poet. The event took place at the Volodymyr Hnatyuk Ternopil National Pedagogical University and brought together students and scientists around the interpretation of the creative legacy of Ivan Drach.

From October 19, a workshop for participants of the Virtual Ukraine Institute for Advanced Study (VUIAS) program is taking place in Uzhhorod. Among the participants – Professor of Kherson State University Vitalii Kobets, a participant in the program for the 2026/2027 academic year in the field of «Economics / IT».

On October 17, Svyatoslav Vil, a second-year PhD student in the specialty «History and Archaeology» of the Department of History, Archaeology and Teaching Methodology of Kherson State University, spoke at the final «Nobel Day» at the House of Scientists in Lviv.

On October 19, an introductory briefing was held with the expert group of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance, led by Olena Zaika, Candidate of Sciences in Public Administration and representative of Zaporizhzhia National University, as part of the accreditation of the second (Master's) level educational program «Public Management and Administration» of Kherson State University.
